Your responsibilities

  • Execute sales activities directly or through designated dealers/ agents
  • Manage sales planning and reporting, define sales targets with Professional Superior and monitor sales performance
  • Plan and execute strategies with the Professional Superior to motivate and enhance sales
  • Be responsible for the monthly and annual sales targets for mining & earthmoving hydraulic excavators and trucks in China defined by the management of LMS
  • Manage and coordinate with other team members on the cooperation with key accounts, agents and distributors
  • Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with key process partners, such as Sales Administration, RSMs and Service Managers, Finance Department etc.
  • Coordinate with after-sales service actively under any circumstance
  • Support product promotional activities, i.e. trade shows / exhibitions, advertisements etc.
  • Observe the market and its development, provide market analysis and reports to the Professional Superior
  • Communicate with product management of relevant factories (LEC, LME, LWT, etc.) to define common action plan to improve the sales
  • Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with professional associations and advertisement sources
  • Provide training and coaching for key accounts when required
  • Monitor and report competitor’s activities
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Professional Superior

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Training, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, etc.
  • Sales, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in sales/marketing for mining excavators and trucks
  • Knowledge of sales and service process in machinery industry
  • Be familiar with earthmoving/ mining equipment
  • Be familiar with marketing of heavy industrial product in China
  • Ability to explore and understand the expectations and requirements of customers
  • Microsoft office applications
  • Skilled in English writing and speaking
