Liebherr-Aerospace participates in the MRO Americas, the largest aerospace tradeshow in the Americas, which takes place from April 9th to 11th, 2019, at Georgia World Congress Center Atlanta, Georgia (USA).
At booth No. 4323, Liebherr-Aerospace is looking forward to meeting and networking with the Aviation Maintenance Community. MRO Americas expects more than 15,000 attendees and provides a great platform to discuss about the challenges in the market as well as to exchange ideas and best practices.
Liebherr-Aerospace has an OEM customer service center for the Americas: Liebherr Aerospace Saline, Inc., Saline, Michigan (USA) maintains air management systems, flight control/actuation systems as well as landing gears. The company is also servicing heat transfer equipment.

Liebherr supplies electromechanical rudder actuator for Phenom 300EV – a milestone in civil aviation
Liebherr-Aerospace has signed an agreement with Embraer to become part of the rudder-by-wire upgrade of the flight control system for the Phenom 300EV. The upgrade includes an electromechanical rudder actuator with integrated control and power electronics. It is one of the world’s first primary flight control applications of an electromechanical actuator (EMA) for a rudder on a civil aircraft. Furthermore, it is the first rudder EMA with fully integrated electronics.
