Jandt Kranvermietung GmbH is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year and has acquired an LTM 1060-3.1 mobile crane from Liebherr to mark the occasion. The Bielefeld-based company is replacing one of the three LTM 1060-3.1 cranes in its fleet with the new 60-tonne crane. Reliability and performance were the deciding factors in investing in this proven crane type again.

Electric Liebherr portal crane strengthens Baria Serece
Located geographically within Thi Vai River, Baria Serece Phu My Port is the gateway for vessels coming from different regions of the world and transporting different types of cargo, such as agri-commodities, fertilisers, general cargo and more. Les deux pelles sur chenilles se sont rencontrées sur un chantier du Münsterland (Allemagne). Il s’agit bien de deux machines Liebherr, mais 55 années de développement les séparent. La première est une Liebherr R 901, un modèle de 1968 au design anguleux qui pèse environ 10 tonnes. Elle a été restaurée avec soin. La deuxième est une pelle Liebherr ultramoderne R 978 SME, qui pèse plus de 80 tonnes, dispose d’un équipement haute technologie et conçue pour l'industrie extractive.

The Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, one of the world’s most iconic landmarks with 1,500 years of history, is currently undergoing restoration. To carry out the highly sensitive work, a Liebherr 280 HC-L luffing jib crane has been installed, becoming a temporary but striking addition to Istanbul’s skyline. The luffing jib crane enables precise and safe lifting operations in the challenging environment between the mosque’s minarets.

Power on five axles: Auto-Klug is investing again in Liebherr LTM 1250-5.1
Alfred Klug GmbH & Co. KG, based in the Upper Franconian city of Hof, is focusing on modernisation and investing in another LTM 1250-5.1 mobile crane. The 250-tonne crane is replacing an older 220-tonne vehicle from another manufacturer in the crane fleet and will be used at all sites of the company in Bavaria, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. The decision in favour of the LTM 1250-5.1 was made due to its exceptional efficiency and high flexibility.

Next milestone in Ehingen: the 50,000th Liebherr mobile crane goes to BKL
Liebherr-Werk Ehingen GmbH is celebrating an extraordinary milestone: the delivery of its 50,000th mobile crane. At the beginning of November, an LTM 1300-6.4 was officially handed over to BKL Baukran Logistik GmbH – a symbol of the dynamic development of the site. Since the plant was founded in 1969, Liebherr has continuously increased its production output: in 2006, the 20,000th crane left the plant, followed by the 30,000th just eight years later.
