Liebherr wins German Sustainability Award twice

In recognition of its innovative capabilities and exemplary contribution to sustainable transformation, Liebherr-Hausgeräte has been awarded one of the most prestigious sustainability prizes in two categories. The jury of the 18th German Sustainability Award (Deutscher Nachhaltigkeitspreis) honours the company as a pioneer in circular fridge and freezer technology as well as its FNXa 522i full-vacuum freezer with the German Sustainability Award 2026.

Liebherr-Hausgeräte est ravi d'avoir remporté l'iF Design Award 2025 pour ses nouveaux réfrigérateurs à vin sous comptoir des gammes Vinidor et Vinidor Selection. The first Liebherr fridge rolled off the production line 70 years ago. In accomplishing this, Hans Liebherr not only opened up a new business area, but once again demonstrated his infallible instinct for identifying promising markets. For its anniversary, Liebherr-Hausgeräte has painstakingly restored an icon known to this day as a symbol of its decades of cultivated focus on customers and service: the L 319 van, the “shop window on wheels”.
