Your responsibilities

• Perform Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Sand blasting, Polishing, Engraving of Heat Exchanger and parts to prepare welding assembly
• Perform Welding of Heat Exchanger and parts refer to relevant technical publications, repair manuals
• Complete product maintenance records with forms and ERP
• All maintenance work performed compliance with CAA regulation, MOA manual, procedure
• Daily maintenance of the repair tools and equipment
• Report any quality issue to supervisor and quality department
• Assist in the development of new Heat Exchanger repair capability
• Other relative tasks assigned by Repair Shop Supervisor

Your qualifications

• Specialized Secondary Schools or above
• Technical vocational school or college with specialty in welding, aerospace maintenance is preferred or related major
• Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) training and qualification according China or America (AWS D17.1) or European standard
• Fitter training, Machining practice training is preferred;
• Minimum 3 Years welding working experience.
• Knowledge related with civil aviation maintenance / welding
• Read and understand English technical data and related drawings
• General practice of Civil aviation maintenance;
• GTAW(TIG) welding skill is the basic requirement;
• Operation skill of Machines such as Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Sand blasting Etc.;
• Correctly use the welding tools, equipment and IMTE, chemicals;
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office);
• Diligence, analysis and diagnose capability, communication skills;
