LTM 11200-9.1 mobile crane assembles special Liebherr construction crane for Max Bögl energy storage project

Tower cranes were assembled in September on the natural electricity storage site at Gaildorf, an innovative energy storage project being completed by the Max Bögl Group in southern Germany. The contractor erected the highest wind turbines in the world there. Max Bögl is combining the wind turbines with a pumped-storage power plant. A Liebherr mobile crane was used to assemble the 630 EC-H top-slewing cranes from the same manufacturer. On the site near Schwäbisch Hall, the LTM 11200-9.1 assembled the three massive construction cranes on the 40-metre high foundations of the wind turbines which are also used as water storage basins.

An urban development project is currently underway in the Second Municipal District of Vienna – the Austria Campus with a gross floor area of around 303,000 square metres. Around 20 Liebherr EC-H and EC-B tower cranes are in action on the site to ensure smooth load handling.

A lo largo de todo el proyecto, se han empleado hasta diez tipos diferentes de grúas móviles y productos de tres divisiones diferentes de Liebherr. Más recientemente, se han utilizado dos grúas de 300 y 500 toneladas, suministradas por la marca a Bernard Hunter, un cliente con una larga relación comercial con la casa, para desmontar las tres grúas torre 630 EC-H 40.

Technology meets art – two Liebherr tower cranes build stage set in Bregenz

Liebherr is a construction partner to the Bregenz Festival: Two Liebherr tower cranes constructed the lake platform. The 154 EC-H 6 Litronic was specially anchored to the bed of Lake Constance for the opera "Carmen", while the 71 K has been owned by the Festival since 2000.

Montréal: Liebherr tower cranes stand above entrance into the Olympic Stadium

During the extensive renovation of the Montréal Tower, the Liebherr tower crane models 630 EC-H and 710 HC-L are partnering together for an ideal job site performance. The tower cranes are being used for the addition of office space, a refurbished observatory and state-of-the-art lighting. Extended custom guyings were used to safely secure the 630 EC-H high-top tower crane to the building.

The Liebherr Tower Cranes Division planned and completed a job for a 1000 EC-H 50 Litronic in Schelklingen down to the very last detail. A new klinker production line is currently being built there whilst the cement works continues to operate normally.

Adjudicación de un nuevo proyecto de aeropuerto: 23 grúas torre de Liebherr en Santiago de Chile

Después de recibir el mayor encargo de la historia de la división de grúas torre Liebherr, el «İstanbul Yeni Havalimanı», nos llega otro proyecto para un aeropuerto: un total de 23 grúas de la serie EC-B participarán en la ampliación del «Santiago Nueva Pudahuel International» en Chile. Las 23 grúas permanecerán instaladas en el aeropuerto hasta 2019, y ya en 2016 comenzará la entrega de las primeras grúas torre.

Las grúas torre de Liebherr trabajan en la construcción del edificio más alto de Europa

La constructora Renaissance Construction emplea actualmente un total de diez grúas torre de Liebherr de la empresa de alquiler Sutek en la construcción del Lakhta Center en la ciudad rusa de San Petersburgo. Una parte de este proyecto consiste en construir el futuro edificio más alto de Europa, la Lakhta Tower, y un edificio de usos múltiples adyacente. En la construcción de la torre participan tres grúas de pluma abatible del tipo 710 HC-L 32/64 Litronic y una del tipo 357 HC-L 12/24 Litronic. Para la construcción del edificio multiusos se utilizan tres grúas de pluma abatible 357 HC-L 12/24 Litronic y tres grúas High-Top 280 EC-H 12 Litronic.
