A powerful première in Paris – new LTM 1400-6.1 impresses right across the board

The new Liebherr LTM 1400-6.1 mobile crane owned by Montagrues demonstrated its performance capabilities during its first job in Paris: the task was to dismantle an 80-metre-high construction crane under great time pressure and in limited space. The 400-tonne crane impressed in all respects – especially thanks to the quick and efficient self-assembly of the Y-guying system.

Liebherr signs landing gear overhaul agreement with Horizon Air

Liebherr and Horizon Air have signed an agreement covering the overhaul of the landing gear systems on board the airline’s Embraer 175-E1 aircraft fleet. The campaign is scheduled to begin in 2027.

A milestone year for ESG at Liebherr China

2025 was a big year for Liebherr China and its ESG (environmental, social and governance) efforts. The sales and service company was recognised not just once but twice for its sustainable business practices. Munich Fire Brigade takes delivery of two Liebherr LTM 1070-4.2 fire brigade cranes

The Munich Fire Service has put two new Liebherr LTM 1070 4.2 fire brigade cranes into service. With these modern 70-tonne mobile cranes, the professional fire brigade is replacing two older cranes built in 1991 and 1998. In doing so, it is specifically enhancing reliability and performance for demanding technical rescue operations within the city and beyond.

R 9350 E electric excavator delivered to Assarel copper mine

In late March, Assarel-Medet took delivery of a R 9350 E electric excavator at Assarel copper mine in Bulgaria’s Pazardzhik province. This is the fifth 300-tonne class Liebherr electric excavator that Liebherr-Export and Alki-L have delivered to the copper mining company.
