Sales administrators are the unsung heroes of sales departments the world over. They’re the ones who keep things running smoothly for sales teams in the field by keeping customer records up to date, processing orders, handling technical documents and a raft of other invaluable tasks. Mbali Mahlangu has worked as a sales administrator for mining at Liebherr-Africa since 2018 and she still finds ways to learn, grow and find fulfillment in the role.
