Liebherr-Purchasing Services GmbH is headquartered in Biberach an der Riss (Germany) and, as an internal service provider, is responsible for organising and coordinating the purchasing activities of the Liebherr Group. One of the most important aims of Liebherr-Purchasing Services GmbH is to standardise and optimise the purchasing/logistics processes and the purchasing systems within the Group in collaboration with the various Liebherr companies. The range of services of the company also includes the central departments of industrial construction, central steel and construction purchasing, travel management and the Liebherr shop.

In 1999 the Friedrichshafen plant of ZF Luftfahrttechnik became a part of Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH. The location also serves as a hub for rental and buy-back machines and offers the overhauling of components as well as the execution of complex repairs on machines that in some cases are transported by sea directly to Hamburg.
