LHDismantle: Automated disassembly of high-voltage batteries

Electric mobility is on the rise – and with it, the need for efficient solutions for the recycling and reprocessing of high-voltage batteries. Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH has developed LHDismantle, an industrial-grade system for the automated disassembly of high-voltage batteries. At IFA the company will be presenting solutions ranging from automated unscrewing processes to modular and scalable turnkey systems for disassembly and unloading from May 4 to 7, 2026.
