About the roleThe Mining Division of Liebherr-Australia currently has a vacancy for an experienced and energetic Warranty Administrator to be based at our Perth Branch on a 7/7 roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing warranty claims to ensure maximum recovery from Liebherr Factories.
- Compile and submit product quality reports to Liebherr Factories.
- Open warranty jobs, coordinate parts ordering, and follow up on estimated time of arrival of parts.
- Coordinate and handle the return of parts from site and repairers.
- Liaising with departments on pending and rejected claims.
- Maintain warranty claims within the allocated KPI’s.
- Preparation of warranty reports and analysis of warranty result.
- Maintain a maintenance tracking sheet, ensuring timely follow-up.
About You
- Certificate IV Business Administration OR 3 years Administration experience
- Strong MS Office computer literacy and proficiency, particularly excel
- A strong understanding of work in progress and warranty claims processes
- Reporting skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely information
- Knowledge and understanding of heavy machinery and components
