The Web Developer will be responsible for developing new applications, support and enhancement of existing applications and maintain the company’s web portal and custom applications. The Web Developer will participate in feature support, change and configuration management and drive quality into the development process.


  • Design, development and testing of new web applications using C#, .NET MVC Framework, MVC or ASP Core and SQL Server.
  • Development of SharePoint Forms using Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflows to automate business processes.
  • Converts existing SharePoint applications to newer applications using .NET.
  • Maintains and develops new features on existing applications to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Collaborates with key users to perform requirement analysis.
  • Maintains the company intranet portal and provides best practices as well as user training on content management.
  • Documents changes and adheres to programming standards and techniques.
  • Ensures software functions effectively, and web services run securely.
  • Configures and maintains automated business processes as defined by the process owners.
  • Supports in-house applications and integrates systems into portal.
  • Maintains the portal, generates and revises where necessary, responds to user comments and examines traffic throughout the portal.
  • Ensures that all Company IT Security policies are met.
  • Monitors availability of web and database servers. Escalates issues as necessary to proper team


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science and three or more years demonstrated work experience in portal development and/or a role as a software developer; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advance knowledge and experience of the Microsoft development technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Extensive experience and application development capabilities in C#, Visual Basic.NET and Java Script.
  • Extensive experience in developing applications with Microsoft SQL server as data access layer and/or other RDBMS.
  • Experience in SharePoint is required; experience with Nintex workflows is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) with Microsoft Visual Studio or similar source control software.
  • Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Experience with Microsoft InfoPath and Nintex Forms/Workflows.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2019 On Premises with Site Collection Administrator (SCA) Role experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI) and/or similar data management tools.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) reports with the Microsoft BI suite is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge software related to business systems.
  • Experience in development of automating business processes using workflows that validate content, manage permissions, routing, notifications and web services.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze systems and processes in a business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions; support and explains reasoning for decisions; include appropriate people in decision-making process.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business solutions using a wide range of tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner; strives to increase productivity in a constantly changing environment.
  • Travel to customer or supplier sites domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.
