Our HydroBreeze feature exemplifies our highest standard of freshness. A cold mist covers fruit and vegetables like a protective balm in the BioFresh Professional Safe. The mist ensures crisp freshness, improves structure and keeps very fine-leaved vegetables fresh for longer. It also creates a visual “wow” effect in the BioFresh Professional safe.

To ensure that fish and seafood taste as fresh after a few days as they do at the market stand, you need a fridge compartment that preserves freshness – such as our Fish & Seafood safe. Fish and seafood can be stored here at –2°C and low humidity. Perfect conditions to enjoy that freshly caught flavour for much longer.

The automatic defrosting function guarantees that frozen foods remain fresh. There is no longer a need to store frozen food temporarily during a manual defrost. The constant optimal cooling remains the same without interruptions.
