Head of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security (m/w/d)Bulle

We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Digital Security. The scope of duties includes the following:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) strategy across the organization, ensure compliance with access control standards, policies and procedures.
• Enforce secure privilege principles and conduct regular access reviews and certifications of accounts and roles, with the support of the different business owners.
• Stay updated on IAM architecture to enhance security and user experience.
• Continuously enhance IAM processes, leveraging automation and AI-driven security solutions.
• Manage IAM related risks and mitigations with the different counter parts (IAM teams, business teams).
• Oversee deployment, integration, and management of IAM tools and technologies such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and single sign-on (SSO).
• Conduct regular technical audits and monitoring of user access, ensuring appropriate role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Collaborate with HR and IT departments to manage the full lifecycle of digital identities, including onboarding and offboarding.

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Following certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM.
• English is a Must, German and French are a plus.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO27001, NIST CSF)
• Knowledge of IAM best practices, technologies and standards Excellent understanding of authorization/authentication principles and mechanisms (RBAC, ABAC, SSO, SAML, user provisioning, Kerberos)
• Experience with identity governance and administration and major technologies (AD, ADAM, AZ AD, SAP roles/profiles.)
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
• Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences and to manage and collaborate with stakeholders
• Readiness for global travel
