Service CoordinatorSydney

Liebherr Earthmoving and Material Handling division has a great opportunity for a highly organized individual to join the Service team at our Sydney branch located in Erskine Park. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for coordinating our Field Service technicians and assigning work to support our customers across Sydney and New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to queries and maintain good customer relations and preparation of quotations.
• Work with the Service Co-ordinator to complete scheduled jobs.
• Work collaboratively with the Parts and Sales departments.
• Arrange required equipment and parts for job completions.
• Monitor and track work in progress.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction

About you

• Experience working in a service department
• Trade qualifications in Diesel/Plant Mechanic or Electrical would be beneficial
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
