Your responsibilities

• In this position, you will extensively support the management in implementing business strategies as a spart of the team
• Your responsibilities include facilitating collaboration between different departments and external partners, ensuring effective coordination, and driving joint efforts forward
• In the execution of projects with internal and external stakeholders, you will take on tasks ranging from coordination and management to performance monitoring and report creation, all in line with your skills and competencies
• You are responsible for the creation and preparation of decision-making documents, reports, and presentations for the board of directors. Additionally, you will actively participate in various meetings of the board and the management team
• You are responsible for the proactive and timely management of the agenda. Your task is to set priorities, organize, and prepare meetings with the necessary documents and information to ensure a smooth process

Your profile

• You stand out for your positivity, solution-oriented thinking, openness to change, high self- confidence, and assertive demeanor
• As you will be attending numerous management meetings, a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information are essential
• You have excellent writing skills, are familiar with the MS Office suite, and can easily adapt to different IT systems
• You have a completed degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, preferable with experience in a commercial environment
• You have excellent German language skills (knowledge of English or French is an advantage) and are accustomed to successfully applying your intercultural skills in a challenging, international environment
