Responsibilities

• Responsible for the mechanical assembly and testing of products according to the production process.
• Communicate for gear machines setting up, commissioning, acceptance, warranty, etc.
• Be responsible for the inspection of products manufactured and ensure the quality of products.
• Be responsible for the job-related security processes.
• Treat all rules and policies seriously and make sure to accomplish the tasks on time.
• Support sheet metal design when necessary.
• Be responsible for the hygiene and cleaning work in responsible areas.
• Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered.
• Other tasks to be assigned by supervisor.

Competencies

• College degree or above
• Technical subjects or related
• CNC-machines Installation & Commissioning, for gear machines is a plus
• Willingness of training on the job
• At least 2-year above work experience especially in Machines assembly
• Knowledge of gear machines will be a plus;
• Well trained in mechanical assembly and self-operating;
• Obtain a qualification certificate for mechanical assembly
• Be able to communicate in written and oral English
