Ramen soup is a versatile dish that you can easily make yourself at home – without having to resort to instant ramen.

Make your own ramen

250 g ramen noodles
300 ml vegetable broth
250 ml water
1seaweed sheet
2 tbspmiso paste
The traditional dish contains 200 g of pork, poultry, or beef. You can use the same amount of tofu instead.

Salt, pepper and soya sauce
The soup is then refined with vegetables:
