Data processing

When you click on “Send”, we, Liebherr-International Deutschland GmbH, Hans-Liebherr-Straße 45, D-88400 Biberach an der Riss, transmit your personal data collected with the form (hereinafter: “data”) to the provider of the digital content, Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH, Kaufbeurer Straße 141, 87437 Kempten, Germany (hereinafter: “provider”). The provider is responsible for the further processing of your data.

The provider processes your data for the purpose of providing digital content on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contractual fulfillment), and, provided you have given your voluntary consent (see below), in order to send you their newsletter. Voluntary consent to newsletter

I give my consent for the provider to process my data, also for advertising purposes, in the form of sending their newsletter by email twice a year, and to statistically capture, analyze and evaluate my interactions with the newsletter in order to measure the success of the newsletter, improve it and design it according to need (measurement of accessing and click rates). No recipient profiles will be created in the process. The newsletter itself contains advertising information such as information about the provider’s own products or performance, or about corresponding campaigns, events, competitions, articles etc. If you give your consent, the provider will use your data in order to contact you by email after you have submitted your consent and to ask you to reconfirm your registration for the above-mentioned newsletter. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was based on the consent up until withdrawal.
