LIEBHERR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MONTENEGRO
Liebherr-Hausgeräte Maritsa EOOD, UIC 115278227, with registered seat and management address at Radinovo Village 4202, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, grants the owner of this cooling and/or freezing appliance for personal use a commercial warranty within the meaning of Chapter Three, Section IV of the Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods, under the following terms and procedure which the consumer must follow in order to obtain performance under the commercial warranty (Liebherr Compressor Warranty).
This Liebherr Compressor Warranty is valid in addition to the statutory rights of the buyer against the seller of the appliance in the event of defects, which the buyer may exercise free of charge, and it does not limit these rights.
I. Validity of the Warranty
The Liebherr Compressor Warranty applies to cooling and/or freezing appliances for personal use within the territory of the **Republic of Montenegro** that have been purchased for the first time from Liebherr or from a Liebherr-authorized dealer, a commercial company registered in the **Republic of Montenegro**. Appliances intended for professional use are excluded from this warranty.
II. Guarantor
LIEBHERR – HAUSGERÄTE MARITSA EOOD, UIC 115278227, with registered seat and management address at Radinovo Village 4202, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, is the guarantor (the entity providing this commercial warranty).
III. Duration and Start of the Liebherr Compressor Warranty
1. The warranty is granted for a period of **10 years**.
2. The warranty period begins from the delivery of the appliance to the buyer who purchased it for first use (new).
3. The performance of services under the warranty does not renew nor extend the warranty period.
IV. Conditions for Obtaining Performance under the Commercial Warranty
Liebherr provides the warranty if the following conditions are demonstrably fulfilled:
1. The appliance was purchased for initial use from Liebherr or from an authorized seller, a commercial company registered in the **Republic of Montenegro**, within the scope of application of the warranty.
2. The appliance is installed within the territory where the warranty applies.
3. The appliance is used exclusively for personal use.
4. The Liebherr Compressor Warranty Certificate and the proof of purchase of the appliance are presented to Liebherr customer service personnel.
5. The appliance has been duly registered with Liebherr within **two years** after its purchase.
6. The Liebherr Compressor Warranty cannot be transferred to another appliance.
V. Content and Scope of the Liebherr Compressor Warranty
1. If, during the warranty period, defects occur in the compressor of the appliance which can be proven to be due to material or manufacturing defects, the Liebherr customer service department or an authorized Liebherr customer service partner will provide an appropriate new compressor free of charge within **one (1) month** from notification by the consumer. Liebherr will cover the related costs, including in particular labor and travel expenses for installation and removal of the compressor, as well as additional repair materials if required.
2. This warranty does not give rise to claims against Liebherr beyond the repair or elimination of defects.
3. During the validity period of the Liebherr Warranty and the Liebherr GarantiePlus (if applicable), only the terms and conditions of the Liebherr Warranty and Liebherr GarantiePlus (if applicable) shall apply.
VI. Exclusion and Termination of the Warranty
1. The warranty does not cover compressor defects caused by:
a) failure to comply with operating and/or installation instructions, improper installation and/or improper connection, misuse, improper operation or loading, and normal wear and tear.
b) external influences such as transport damage, damage caused by impact, damage caused by adverse climatic conditions or other natural events.
c) repairs or modifications that have not been carried out by the Liebherr customer service department or an authorized Liebherr customer service partner.
2. The compressor warranty becomes void if the appliance rating plate or appliance number has been removed, manipulated, or made illegible, or if other parts have been installed in the appliance.
VII. Time Limit for Claims Arising from the Warranty
Claims arising from this Liebherr Compressor Warranty based on defects reported within the warranty period must be submitted within **6 months** from the discovery of the defect.
VIII. Filing a Claim
If the buyer wishes to exercise rights under this warranty, they should contact the following entity and present the Liebherr Compressor Warranty Certificate and proof of purchase of the appliance:
