LIEBHERR GARANTIEPLUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MONTENEGRO
General Terms and Conditions of GarantiePlus
Liebherr-Hausgeräte Maritsa EOOD, UIC 115278227, provides the owner of a Liebherr refrigerator and/or freezer (hereinafter referred to as the “Appliance”) with a commercial warranty within the meaning of Art. 39 et seq. of the Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods for a period of 7 years (hereinafter referred to as the “Liebherr Warranty”), starting from the delivery of the appliance to the buyer who purchased the appliance for its initial commissioning.
With the Liebherr GarantiePlus Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the “Certificate”), the owner of the Appliance obtains an additional warranty according to which Liebherr provides Liebherr GarantiePlus (hereinafter referred to as “GarantiePlus”) for an additional period specified in the Certificate, depending on the warranty of the purchased model, subject to the following terms and conditions.
This commercial GarantiePlus warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory remedies in the event of non-conformity of the goods under Art. 33 et seq. of the Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods, which are free of charge for the consumer.
I. Validity of the Warranty
Liebherr GarantiePlus applies only to appliances that are used within the territory of the **Republic of Montenegro** and have been purchased for the first time from Liebherr or from a Liebherr-authorized dealer, a commercial company registered in the **Republic of Montenegro**.
II. Company Providing the Warranty
The company providing the warranty is **Liebherr-Hausgeräte Maritsa EOOD**, registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under UIC 115278227, with registered seat and address at:

hereinafter referred to as “Liebherr”.
III. Duration and Start of the Liebherr GarantiePlus
1. Liebherr GarantiePlus is granted for the period specified in the Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the “Warranty Period”).
2. The Warranty Period begins immediately after Liebherr GarantiePlus enters into force.
3. If a service is performed under Liebherr GarantiePlus, the Warranty Period is not renewed.
IV. Conditions of the Liebherr Warranty
Liebherr grants its GarantiePlus if the following conditions are demonstrably fulfilled:
1. The appliance was purchased for the first time from Liebherr or from a Liebherr-authorized dealer registered in the **Republic of Montenegro**, and the purchase took place only within the territory where GarantiePlus is valid.
2. The appliance is used only within the territory where Liebherr GarantiePlus is valid.
3. When requesting warranty service, the Liebherr service technicians must be presented with the Liebherr GarantiePlus Certificate and the purchase receipt for the appliance.
4. The appliance serial number must be indicated in the Certificate.
5. Except for the case described in section V(3), GarantiePlus cannot be transferred to another appliance.
6. The appliance must be properly registered with Liebherr within 60 days of its purchase.
V. Content and Scope of the Liebherr Warranty
1. Defects occurring within the Warranty Period that can be proven to result from material or manufacturing faults will be repaired free of charge by Liebherr service or an authorized Liebherr service partner. If the defect concerns internal fittings or parts such as handles and/or cover trims, Liebherr reserves the right to send the required spare parts free of charge to the owner for self-installation.
2. Liebherr GarantiePlus is limited to the elimination of defects and does not include any other claims against Liebherr. Liebherr is not liable for consequential (indirect) damages.
3. If repair is economically unreasonable or impossible, the owner of the defective appliance will receive a new identical or similar appliance in exchange for returning the defective one. In this case, the remaining GarantiePlus period will be transferred to the replacement appliance.
VI. Exclusions and Invalidity of Liebherr GarantiePlus
1. The following defects or faults are excluded from Liebherr GarantiePlus:
a) failure to follow the instructions for use and/or installation manual, improper installation and/or connection, improper use, incorrect operation or load, as well as normal wear and tear.

b) external influences such as transport damage, damage caused by impacts or collisions, climatic influences or other natural effects, or power supply failures.
c) repairs or modifications carried out by persons other than Liebherr service or an authorized Liebherr service partner.
d) use of cleaning agents that are not approved by Liebherr.
Liebherr GarantiePlus also excludes defects in door seals, including parts firmly connected to them such as covers and doors, where the defect is due to the door seal, as well as lamps and visual defects caused by aging.
2. The Liebherr warranty becomes invalid if corrections or alterations are made to the Certificate or invoice, if there is a discrepancy between the documents and the product itself, or if the technical data plate or appliance number has been removed, altered, or made illegible, or if parts from another manufacturer have been installed in the appliance, regardless of who made these changes.
3. If Liebherr or an authorized Liebherr service partner determines that a complaint is unjustified, the customer shall be charged a diagnostic and transport fee according to the current price list.
VII. Limitation Period
Claims arising from Liebherr GarantiePlus for defects reported within the Warranty Period expire after 6 months. The limitation period begins from the moment the defect is discovered.
VIII. Filing a Claim
1. The entity to which claims under Liebherr GarantiePlus should be addressed is **Liebherr-Hausgeräte Maritsa EOOD**.
2. When filing a claim, you must provide the serial number of the appliance and have the Certificate and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
3. Before submitting a claim under Liebherr GarantiePlus, prepare the Certificate and the purchase receipt (invoice), review the GarantiePlus terms and conditions, and then call the following nationwide phone number (charged at the cost of a local call):

4. Claims are accepted on working days from **08:30 to 17:00**. If you cannot reach us, leave a message and we will call you back, or send your claim by email to **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])**, or by post to:

In the latter case, the claim date is considered the date of sending according to the postal stamp. Claims cannot be submitted directly to a service center or in any other way than described in this warranty certificate.
5. After submitting the claim, you will be informed of the time when a Liebherr service technician or an authorized Liebherr service partner will visit you. If the fault cannot be repaired on site, the service will transport the appliance from the buyer’s home/premises and return it after repair at its own expense. The GarantiePlus period will be extended by the duration of the repair (from the date the appliance is received by the service until it is returned to the buyer). After repair, always request a copy of the repair report from the technician. The repair report is an official document indicating the period by which Liebherr GarantiePlus is extended.
During the GarantiePlus period, the service is authorized only to repair Liebherr appliances. Service centers are not authorized to issue replacement protocols. If the defect cannot be repaired, this circumstance and the reason must be stated in the repair report. In this case, you should contact Liebherr again at the above phone number if you wish the appliance to be replaced. Before replacing the appliance, Liebherr has the right to carry out an additional inspection and repair the appliance if this proves possible.
6. No dealer has the right to modify these Liebherr GarantiePlus terms and conditions.
