To allow us to deal with your request as specifically as possible, please make sure you have the information required to identify your appliance (appliance designation, serial number) available when you call. You will find this information on the serial tag of your appliance.

Do you have repair needs and require an appointment with one of our experts? You can easily and conveniently place request a service technician to repair your Liebherr appliance using the online repair request. Your enquiry will then be transferred to the competent customer service partner. You will then be contacted by telephone or by email to arrange a repair appointment.

For any questions about your appliance, please make sure you have the information needed to identify your appliance to hand (appliance designation, serial number). This information will enable our service staff to provide you with more accurate answers to your questions about the appliance and to solve potential service incidents more quickly. The serial tag may be located in a different position depending on the appliance.
