The newly developed electric machines from Liebherr offer manufacturers of mobile off-highway equipment revolutionary added value. With the same power density of hydraulic motors, they bring significantly higher efficiency to the application: simpler installation, low maintenance, little downtime and the much higher efficiency of 94 - 96 % make the electric machines, technology leaders in their field.

Simple installation, low maintenance, very short downtimes

The new design of the permanent magnet machines now comes with the same power density as hydraulic designs, ?but without the effort and risks of the extensive line systems of hydraulic motors.

A sustainable and future-proof alternative

The direct oil-cooled electric machine enables quick and easy installation and the electrification of existing hydraulic drive concepts.

Thanks to moderate pressures in the cooling circuit, the risk of leaks is significantly reduced, which increases safety. You avoid emissions and contamination as well as accidents caused by burst pipes. The permanent magnet machine is the sustainable alternative that makes your applications future-proof.

Increased MTBF

The innovative design of the motor significantly reduces maintenance requirements. This results in less downtime and lower maintenance costs.

In addition, the high torque in relation to the speed ensures a longer service life of the machine and an increase of the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) in the system by reducing the number of gear stages.
