The Liebherr Group is exhibiting products from its earthmoving, material handling, mobile cranes, components, and Appliance segments at bauma CONEXPO INDIA. At its 792 m² outdoor booth E01 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida near Delhi, Liebherr is demonstrating how application-specific machine configurations, assistance systems and components can support productive and precise jobsite operations.
With a strong local presence and a diversified product portfolio, Liebherr supports the continued growth of India's construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors through application-focused technologies and services. “Direct discussions with customers give us valuable insight into changing operating conditions and project requirements and help us translate local market requirements into practical machine solutions and services,” says Sanjay Prasad, Managing Director of Liebherr India Private Limited.
Visitors can explore solutions designed to boost productivity, efficiency and operating economy, alongside high-performance components for industrial applications. Liebherr is also showcasing an integrated side-by-side fridge-freezer. All Liebherr exhibits places a clear focus on quality, innovation, and customer value.
L 566 supports productive loading in quarrying applications
With the L 566 wheel loader, Liebherr presents a powerful solution for demanding extraction and quarrying applications. Its hydrostatic travel drive combines high performance with fuel-efficient operation. The Z-bar kinematics supports fast and efficient bucket filling, while electrohydraulic pilot controls support precise working movements. An optional weighing system provides real-time data for accurate loading operations.
Particularly in quarrying and raw materials applications, productive material handling, low operating costs, and digital assistance systems are becoming increasingly important. The L 566 is specifically designed to meet these market requirements.
PR 736 combines precise grading with economical operation
Liebherr’s crawler dozer PR 736 Litronic combines high pushing power, precise controllability and economical operation in a versatile machine designed for a wide range of earthmoving applications. Its hydrostatic travel drive enables highly precise operation while reducing fuel consumption and wear. Thanks to its manoeuvrability and six-way blade, the machine is particularly well suited for fine grading, slope work, and demanding infrastructure projects. Modern assistance systems, intuitive controls, and preparation for GNSS machine control systems support efficient jobsite operations.
LH 40 M Industry recovers energy in recycling operations
The LH 40 M Industry is designed for scrap, recycling, and waste-management applications. Its patented Energy Recovery Control (ERC) system enables energy recovery during operation and helps to reduce fuel consumption. The coordinated hydraulic and electronic systems enable fast cycle times and precise operation.
As industrialisation advances and demand for efficient recycling processes grows, high-performance yet resource-efficient material handling machines are becoming increasingly important. Consequently, energy efficiency, fast cycle times and application versatility are among the most important technological trends in this segment.
LTM 1230-5.1: High flexibility for infrastructure and energy projects
Liebherr is also exhibiting the LTM 1230-5.1 mobile crane. This five-axle crane from Liebherr features an exceptionally long telescopic boom and, when equipped with lattice extensions, reaches lifting heights of up to 111 metres. This makes the machine particularly suitable for applications such as the erection of tower cranes and maintenance work on wind turbines.
The VarioBallast® and VarioBase® help operators adapt the crane to different site conditions while supporting lifting capacity, safety, and economical operation. Intelligent assistance systems, high operational flexibility, and short set-up times are becoming increasingly important, particularly in infrastructure and energy projects.
Components for compact and efficient power transmission
In addition to the machines on display, Liebherr presents further technologies from the components product segment, including a slewing drive, a splitter gearbox, and a slew drive. Liebherr manufactures splitter gearboxes that are optimally matched to diesel engines and hydraulic systems. Available in various transmission ratios, they enable efficient power transfer of up to 1,120 kW and can be adapted to a wide range of application requirements.
Liebherr slewing drives are also designed for high dynamic loads and are used globally in excavators and other construction equipment for swivelling mechanisms. Their integrated design reduces installation effort, while robust components support reliability and simplify maintenance.
Integrated refrigeration solution completes the exhibit portfolio
The exhibit portfolio also includes a fully integrated side-by-side fridge-freezer from the Appliances product segment. Liebherr’s fully integrated side-by-side combination merges energy efficiency, freshness technologies, quality, and durability. Designed to blend seamlessly into the kitchen front, it supports a harmonious overall look while offering the performance and reliability expected from Liebherr.
