Eligible models

The following online-exclusive Liebherr models are eligible for our cashback promotion. If you purchased one of these appliances from Liebherr.com between 1st November and 12th December 2025, you can claim cashback ranging from £20 to £100, depending on the model.

How to claim

You can only claim cashback through the 360 cashback portal.*

  • Complete the online claim form.
  • Await confirmation of approval from 360.
  • Recieve your pre-paid cashback card once your claim is approved.

Important: Claims must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your appliance.

The promotion applies to purchases made from 1st November to 12th December 2025. You must purchase by the 12th December to be eligible, but you can submit your cashback claim within 60 days of receiving your appliance.

No. Claims can only be submitted after your appliance has been delivered and accepted.

Yes, each appliance must be registered seperately, but you can manage multiple claims from the same account.

No. Cashback is issued via a pre-paid cashback card only. No alternative payment methods will be offered.

Eligibility

Only selected Liebherr webshop exclusive models purchased from Liebherr.com/en-GB between 1st November and 12th December 2025 are eligible.

You are not eligible. Cashback applies only to appliances purchased directly from Liebherr.com/en-gb. Appliances purchased from other retailers, second-hand or from third-party marketplaces (e.g eBay, Amazon) are not eligible

Issues & support

If you return your appliance and a refund is approved, any cashback you've already received will be deducted from your refund amount.

If your cashback card has not yet been issued, we will cancel it where possible.

Email your proof of purchase to 360 - [email protected] or use our email template., with your claim reference. Your claim cannot be processed until your proof of purchase has been received and verified.

If you cannot submit your form online, email us your details and we will contact 360 to support your claim being processed manually. Please be sure to confirm that you consent to us sharing your information with 360.

If your claim has been approved but you haven't received your card after the expected delivery time, please contact 360 directly at [email protected] or use our email template.

Once approved, your cashback card is usually sent within 14-30 days. Please allow extra time during busy periods, especially around Christmas.
