A Liebherr 53 K fast-erecting crane uses the almost tourist-free holiday season in Mallorca. There he helps at brilliant sunshine, light blue sky and crystal clear sea in the construction of a family house with pool for a German family.
The small space requirement was particularly decisive for the choice of the Liebherr fast-erecting crane: the turning radius is only two and a half meters with appropriate ballasting. This turned out beneficial for the construction of the single-family house in the densely built-up area of the municipality of Santanyí, in the Cala Llombards region.
In addition to the efficiency of the Liebherr fast-erecting crane, crane operator Grúas Cerezo particularly appreciates the ease of installation and ease of use.

Liebherr is increasing the overall service life of its Fibre ropes from 14 to 16 years, with the decisive period of use rising to up to 12 years. This is based on multi-year ageing trials on test rigs and analyses of ropes already in field. The new ruling applies automatically to all new ropes and those already in the field. This step forms part of Liebherr's ongoing path towards establishing Fibre technology as the new standard in the tower crane market.
