LTM 1055-3.3 – Less weight for heavy lifting.

The LTM 1055-3.3 completely redefines mobility as the lightest 3-axle all-terrain crane on the market. With this crane, costly and restrictive driving permits are a thing of the past. Low axle loads and the light overall weights enable permanent driving licenses in a large number of countries - worldwide. And despite its lightweight design, this all-terrain crane with its long telescopic boom offers high lifting capacities, especially for medium and large radii.

Lighter than ever:

With its lightweight construction, driving conditions with less than 9 t of axle load and less than 26 t of total load are possible (depending on the configuration).

Broad radius:

With its lightweight Telematik boom and trapezoidal support base, it can achieve the lifting capacities of the next-higher class of crane over broad radii.

LICCON3:

The third generation of the LICCON control system takes the familiar crane control to a new level and features some impressive new technologies.

RemoteDrive:

RemoteDrive allows the sensitive manoeuvring of the crane from the outside via radio remote control.

Variable support:

The VarioBase® Plus support technology allows even higher load capacities and permits positioning of the crane support wherever it is most convenient.

Assistance systems:

The driver assistance systems installed as standard scan the surroundings and warn the crane driver to ensure more safety on the road.

Technology

ECOmode

ECOmode minimises both fuel consumption and noise emissions when operating the crane superstructure. The crane operator sets the required working speed using the control lever. The crane control system calculates the perfect engine speed for the diesel engine.

ECOdrive

ECOdrive makes the mobile crane significantly more comfortable and quieter by reducing the engine speed. Faster gearshifting delivers greater dynamic and traction offroad. On the road, the torque from the Liebherr diesel engine is used efficiently to minimise fuel consumption.

Hillstart-Aid

Hillstart-Aid makes starting on gradients easier. Move off safely and easily without rolling backwards.

RemoteDrive

The RemoteDrive remote control enables the crane to be controlled from outside the driver’s cabin. This is not only possible during crane operations, but also whilst driving on the site. This delivers greater safety and comfort as the crane operator has a better view of problem areas as he can be right next to them. In other words, the operator can move himself to the areas with difficult access.

LICCON3

The third generation LICCON control system features the same time-tested operation as previous generations and adds a fast data bus, significantly more storage space and greater computing power. LICCON3 cranes are prepared for telematics and fleet management.

VarioBase® Plus

The combination of VarioBase technology and the crane’s structural steelwork. A trapezoidal support combined with the various support base delivers even higher lifting capacities, particularly over the crane’s rear outriggers.
