Study confirms Technology neutrality reduces the most emissions

In order to achieve the international climate objectives, economies worldwide must reduce their greenhouse gas emissions significantly in all sectors. This also applies to the construction industry and its partners. This is why Liebherr, as one of the largest construction equipment manufacturers, is also working on new, efficient drive concepts. In doing so, the company focuses on technology neutrality which has been affirmed by a recent study.

Customer Day at Liebherr: Expanded Operations, Expanded Solutions

Liebherr USA, Co. hosted visitors from across the globe at their first Customer Day on May 12. The company highlighted and demonstrated a diverse range of products across all ten segments including earthmoving, material handling technology, deep foundation machines, tower cranes, mining, mobile and crawler cranes, maritime cranes, concrete technology, components as well as refrigerators and freezers.

A new Betomix 2.5 mixing plant from Liebherr has been in operation for Heidelberger Beton GmbH since summer 2020. The plant is equipped to the highest safety standards. The ready-mixed concrete plant supplies quality concrete to the Berlin region.

Liebherr Powerbloc proves its value in concrete pumping

Liebherr delivers its 100,000th truck mixer

Liebherr handed over its hundred thousandth truck mixer in spring 2020. It is a HTM 905, which was picked up by the company Heinz Transportbeton Ingolstadt GmbH & Co KG. The management of Heinz had come personally to the Liebherr factory in Bad Schussenried for this special pick-up.

First fully electric 10 and 12 m³ truck mixers from Liebherr and Designwerk

Liebherr and Designwerk have developed the first fully electric truck mixers with 10 and 12 m³ drums on a 5-axle chassis. The first operations are planned for our customers Holcim and KIBAG in Switzerland. This design is perfect for Switzerland, where vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 40 tonnes are allowed to drive on 5 axles.

Liebherr Crawler Concrete Pump 110 D-K at Conexpo 2020

At Conexpo 2020 in Las Vegas, Liebherr presents its crawler concrete pump THS 110 D-K which features a maximum concrete output of 133 yd³/h (102 m³/h). The six-cylinder engine complies with the Tier 4f emissions standard and therefore complies with current environmental regulations.
