Wines are best stored at a constant temperature. This preserves the full array of flavours. Perhaps your optimum drinking temperature is a cooler 6 °C or warmer 15 °C. With a wine fridge with two zones, you don’t have to make any compromises. Simply set each temperature zone to the level you like to drink your wine at.
The combination of precise electronic control and state-of-the-art climate control technology ensures that the set temperatures inside your 2-zone wine fridge remain constant – regardless of the ambient temperature. A digital temperature display keeps you continuously informed about the set values.
The quality of the ambient air is particularly important for the ideal storage and tempering of wines. Our easily replaceable FreshAir activated charcoal filter in our wine tempering fridges ensures an ideal supply of fresh air and thus creates optimum air quality – without transferring any odours to the wine.
As soon as wines are exposed to a climate that is too dry for a prolonged period of time, the cork becomes brittle and shrinks. There is then nothing to stop oxygen getting inside the bottle, increasing the risk of oxidation. The 2-zone wine fridge maintains a constant humidity of over 50%, so that corks and wine are stored under the best conditions. In addition, the humidity can be regulated individually.
Ultraviolet rays can cause your wines to mature undesirably and too quickly. Because we know that the bottle on its own does not provide sufficient protection, we have equipped your wine fridge with two zones with UV-resistant insulating glass. The special two-pane design minimises radiation exposure and reflects almost all harmful UV radiation.
Our engineers have developed extremely low-vibration compressors for our wine tempering fridges. Thanks to the vibration damping, the transmission of vibrations is effectively prevented and your wines are stored without shaking. Give your exquisite vintages the rest they deserve.
