We are looking for a motivated Domain Architect Supply Chain (m/f/d) to support the evolution and governance of business capabilities and IT demand across Liebherr’s Mixed Sales and Service Companies (MSCs).
In this role, you will act as the architectural counterpart for the Supply Chain domain, including business areas such as Purchasing & Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics. You will support business stakeholders in evaluating solution options, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, target capabilities, and strategic business objectives.

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site.
Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Act as the Domain Architect for the Supply Chain domain, supporting the evolution of IT-enabled business capabilities across Liebherr’s Mixed Sales and Service Companies (MSCs).
- Analyze business needs and initiatives, providing architectural guidance and recommendations aligned with enterprise standards, target architecture, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and transformation priorities across Purchasing & Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics.
- Support the evaluation of business requirements and solution options from a business capability and enterprise architecture perspective.
- Ensure alignment between business demand, enterprise architecture principles, and existing application and process landscapes.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), Solution Architects, and delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency and alignment across initiatives and domains.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of business capability maps, domain roadmaps, and enterprise architecture documentation, leveraging tools such as LeanIX.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and IT stakeholders to support prioritization and alignment of initiatives.
- Promote standardization, simplification, and harmonization across Supply Chain processes and solutions.
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, business consulting, or related roles in complex international environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes within Supply Chain domains, including Purchasing & Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, or related áreas, and the ability to translate business needs into architectural recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
- Ability to work across business and IT organizations, balancing strategic objectives, operational needs, and architectural governance standards.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) practices and tools such as LeanIX, including capability mapping, portfolio management, and governance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and support decision-making.
- Fluent English; additional languages such as German or Spanish are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
