2. Promotional Period

Start date: 24th March 2025 at 12:01 am AEDT

End date: 30th June 2025 at 11:59 PM AEDT

3. Eligible entrants

Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are 18 years old and older.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, and associated companies are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must order or purchase any new Liebherr Earthmoving & Material Handling machinery (including, but not limited to, wheeled excavators, crawler excavators, railroad excavators, material handlers, dozers, crawler tractors, telehandlers, or wheel loaders) from Liebherr-Australia, Earthmoving & Material Handling division during the Promotional Period. Each qualifying purchase will automatically grant one entry into the competition.

Additional entries will be granted for each further qualifying purchase made.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize Details

Total Prize Pool: 10 tickets to the British & Irish Lions Game at Accord Stadium, in Sydney, 2nd August 2025.

Prize Allocation:

• 7 tickets allocated for Australian residents.

• 3 tickets allocated for New Zealand residents.

Each Prize Includes:

A ticket to Liebherr Corporate Outdoor box on Level 2

• Gourmet in box menu
• Supper served later on
• Premium beers, wine & soft drinks throughout
• Dedicated steward service

A return flight ticket to Sydney (and back)

One night accommodation in Sydney

Competition winners traveling from New Zealand are responsible for obtaining a valid passport and any necessary visa for travel to Australia.

Total Prize Value: $ 37,000 plus flight tickets and accommodations value at the time of booking (after the winners are drawn)

6. Draw details

The winner(s) will be selected through a random draw at Liebherr-Australia office at 1-15 James Erskine Drive, Erskine Park, NSW, at 11:00 am AEDT on Fri 4th July 2025.

The draw will be held as a barrel draw. The draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent witness.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the draw date or time, provided that the draw remains within the Promotional Period.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days following the prize draw.

Date of notification: 8th July 2025

8. Claiming the Prize

Winners are required to acknowledge and accept the prize by no later than 9.00 am on Wednesday 16th July 2025, by responding to the email notification.

Once a winner has claimed their prize, it will be delivered to the winner's designated email address.

9. Publication of winners

The full names (last name, first name), company name, and post code of each winner will be published on the Promoter’s official social media channels no later than Tuesday, 8th July 2025, for the draw held on Friday, 4th July 2025.

10. Unclaimed prizes

If a winner does not respond within the required period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner through a second draw on Wednesday 16th July 2025

The second draw will be held as a barrel draw. It will happen Liebherr-Australia office at 1-15 James Erskine Drive, Erskine Park, NSW, at 14:00 am AEDT on Wednesday 16th July 2025. The draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent witness.

Winners from the second draw will be notified by email immediately on the same day 16th July 2025. They are required to acknowledge and accept the prize by no later than 5:00 pm 23rd July 2025, by responding to the email notification. Once a winner has claimed their prize, it will be delivered to the winner's designated email address.

Any prizes that remain unclaimed after the second draw and within the specified period will be forfeited.

11. General Terms

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result of the competition or any aspect of these Terms and Conditions.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.

The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or other adverse consequences arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

12. Privacy

By entering the competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy

Entrants further agree that their name, image, and/or likeness, and any photographs/videos taken at the event may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, without additional compensation or permissions.

This competition is authorized across Australia and New Zealand in accordance with relevant state and territory legislation. Please refer to specific permits obtained by the Promoter for further details.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the competition shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
