EOFY Sales Offer Details
1. Name of Campaign:
EOFY Sales (“Offer”)
2. Who is eligible for the offer:
This Offer is available to all customers who purchase an Eligible Product from Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd (“LAS”) and Liebherr New Zealand Pty. Ltd (LNZ) during the Offer Period (“Eligible Customer”).
3. When is the Offer available:
The Offer is available from 12:00am A.C.S.T. on Thursday, 1 May 2025 until 11:59pm A.C.S.T on Monday, 30 June 2025 (the “Offer Period”)
4. Eligible Products:
The Offer applies to the following equipment bought from LAS only and excludes factory orders:
• wheeled excavators
• crawler excavators;
• articulated dump trucks;
• material handlers;
• crawler dozers;
• crawler loaders;
• telehandlers; or
• as communicated by an authorised LAS sales representatives in writing.
(“Eligible Product”)
5. What’s included in the Offer?
Subject to clause 7, an Eligible Customer who complies with clause 6 will be entitled to receive free servicing for twelve (12) months or two thousand (2,000) operating hours, whichever occurs earlier.
6. How to accept the Offer?
An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer during the Offer Period by purchasing an Eligible Product and providing any information reasonable requested by LAS & LNZ.
7. Conditions and limitations of the Offer
(a) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.
(b) The Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.
(c) This Offer is subject to the Liebherr Earthmoving Sale Terms and Conditions.
(d) The Offer covers standard scheduled maintenance only and excludes any parts, consumables and/or repairs.
(e) The Offer applies exclusively to Eligible Products held in stock for twelve (12) months or more.
(f) The Offer is only valid while stocks last.
(g) The Offer only applies within 50 kilometres distance one way from the nearest authorised service centre. Service beyond this radius will incur additional travel charges.
(h) Standard delivery times apply. Any specific delivery requirements or expedited services may incur additional charges.
(i) Purchases made under the Offer are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once processed, unless otherwise required by law.
(j) The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
(k) LAS & LNZ may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time.
(l) LAS & LNZ values your privacy. LAS & LNZ may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit the LAS Privacy and Data Protection Policy for more information about how LAS & LNZ collect, use and disclose personal information.
8. Governing Law:
The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of South Australia.
