Liebherr is bringing some 100 or so exhibits to Bauma 2025, to be displayed to the public on an exhibition space spanning more than 15,000 square metres. To kick off proceedings for the exhibition, the evening before the doors opened was marked with a ceremony to present the innovation award. The innovation award honours groundbreaking developments across five categories in the construction, construction material and construction machine industry.

Na pitoresca localidade de Rothesütte, perto da fronteira com a Baixa Saxônia, foi construída a torre de observação mais alta de Harz, com o formato da “maior vassoura de bruxa do mundo”. Foi usado um guindaste de torre Liebherr 340 EC-B 16 com uma altura de gancho de 57,5 metros e um alcance de 40 metros para os exigentes trabalhos de elevação no canteiro de obras.

The intelligent assistance system Positioning Pilot enables the crane operator to semi-automatically access several stored hook positions without sway and travel individually mapped routes. Safety on site is also increased through the semi-automatic driving of predefined distances. The crane operator is freed from repetitive, monotonous lifting tasks with help from this assistant. In addition, Liebherr's assistant system is currently one of few products still under consideration for the Innovation Award at bauma, the leading trade fair in the construction industry.

A ponte alta de Rader atravessa o canal de Kiel na autoestrada A7, a ligação de alta velocidade no sentido norte de Hamburgo para a Dinamarca. A ponte será reconstruída e alargada nos próximos anos. Existem 18 gruas Liebherr, da 65 K à 150 EC-B, responsáveis pelas tarefas de elevação. Algumas das gruas estão montadas na água.

Future-ready crane production: Liebherr invests in metal processing system

An innovation that is a world first of its kind: the new deburring line for cut parts at the Liebherr production site in Biberach. Working with specialists from ARKU Maschinenbau GmbH, Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH and Teqram B.V., Liebherr-Werk Biberach GmbH has automated the edge rounding of plasma, oxyfuel and laser-cut metal sheet. In doing so, the company is making the production of tower cranes fit for the future.
