Seven Liebherr tower cranes on upmarket Dubai complex

Consolidated Contractors Company International are relying seven Liebherr-Werk Biberach 200 EC-H tower cranes for the construction of The Hills, a four-tower development in Dubai.

À l’occasion de grands travaux de rénovation sur la Montréal Tower, les deux grues à tour 630 EC-H et 710 HC-L de Liebherr travaillent de concert et garantissent ainsi une efficacité optimale sur le chantier. Les grues sont mises en œuvre pour la construction de surfaces de bureaux supplémentaires, pour la rénovation de l’observatoire et l’installation d’un éclairage à la pointe de la technique. Pour sécuriser l’ancrage de la grue High-Top 630 EC-H, ce sont des entretoises spécialement construites pour le client qui ont été employées.

The Liebherr Tower Cranes Division planned and completed a job for a 1000 EC-H 50 Litronic in Schelklingen down to the very last detail. A new klinker production line is currently being built there whilst the cement works continues to operate normally.

Liebherr 710 HC-L tower crane in virtual reality

At Conexpo 2017, Liebherr is offering a unique experience with a virtual reality application of tower cranes in operation. Simulation include the luffing jib crane 710 HC-L, which – in real life – is currently in action on the MoMA Tower construction site in New York.

The trade fair is held from December 12-15, 2016 at the HUDA Ground, Gurgaon / Delhi. At the forth edition of this "International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Mining Machines and Construction Vehicles", the Liebherr Group presents wheel loaders as well as mobile and tower cranes at the outdoor area Nr. 431.

Liebherr remporte encore un projet d’aéroport : 23 grues à tour pour Santiago du Chili

Après s’être approprié la plus grande commande individuelle de son histoire, le « İstanbul Yeni Havalimanı », la division Grues à tour de Liebherr s’assure la victoire pour un autre projet d’aéroport : ce sera un total de 23 grues de la série EC-B qui sera mis en œuvre dans le cadre de l’extension du « Santiago Nueva Pudahuel International » au Chili. Les premières grues à tour seront livrées encore en 2016, toutes les 23 resteront installées à l'aéroport jusqu'en 2019.

Des grues à tour Liebherr pour la construction du plus haut bâtiment d’Europe

C’est un total de dix grues à tour Liebherr de la société de location Sutek que l’entreprise du bâtiment Renaissance Construction met actuellement en œuvre pour construire le Laktha Center à St. Petersbourg en Russie. Le projet inclut, entre autres, le futur bâtiment le plus haut d’Europe, la Laktha Tower, ainsi qu’un bâtiment polyvalent mitoyen. Les travaux de la tour mettent en œuvre trois grues à flèche relevable du type 710 HC-L 32/64 Litronic et une du type 357 HC-L 12/24 Litronic. Pour la construction du bâtiment polyvalent, il est fait appel à trois grues à flèche relevable 357 HC-L 12/24 Litronic ainsi qu’à trois grues High-Top 280 EC-H 12 Litronic.

Quatre grues Liebherr à flèche relevable sont actuellement mises en œuvre à Bakou (Azerbaïdjan). Un symbole architectural est érigé depuis le début 2015 dans la capitale de l’Azerbaïdjan, le projet de développement urbain « The Crescent Bay ».

Première mise en œuvre d’une grue à tour Liebherr 1000 EC-B 125 Litronic pour la construction d’une centrale éolienne d’une hauteur de moyeu de 149m

Une grue à tour Liebherr a récemment été mise en œuvre dans le cadre du montage d’une centrale éolienne à quelque 800 m d’altitude dans le parc éolien « Prechtaler Schanze » en Forêt Noire. Sur les hauteurs situées entre les communes de Gutach et de Mühlenbach, la 1000 EC-B n’a eu besoin que d’une surface au sol très réduite pour ériger, pour la première fois, une éolienne d’une hauteur de moyeu de 149m. Jamais, jusqu’à présent, la grue à tour du constructeur d'éoliennes ENERCON n’était monté si haut, que ce soit avec ou sans haubanage le long de la tour de l’éolienne.

The Liebherr Group presents a selection of its varied range of cranes at the CTT Moscow. While the LTR 1100 telescopic crawler crane with its variable boom system is predestined for the assembly of finished parts, the modular 150 EC-B 8 Litronic flat-top crane can be modified for a broad range of construction site requirements. Visitors to the exhibition are also able to test the crane simulator for construction cranes, which is a permanent item in Liebherr's crane driver training program.

Liebherr shows the modified 43 R4 XXT truck-mounted concrete pump at the CTT 2016. The four-section distributor boom is extremely stable and torsionally rigid, permitting maximum flexibility and a large working range of the distributor boom with narrow outrigging.

From 11 to 17 April Liebherr was represented at Bauma 2016 with over 100 products, an outdoor exhibition stand, a stand for the components division in Hall A4 and a career stand in Hall B0. During the trade fair week, the Group invited visitors to take part in several activities under the motto “Be Part of Something Bigger”, and thus become part of this top-class event.
