Liebherr A 922 Rail Litronic at Conexpo Con/Agg 2020 construction trade show
Liebherr is presenting the new A 922 Rail Litronic at the Conexpo Con/Agg 2020 trade show. The new machine is available in both the Final Tier 4 and Stage IIIA (compliant) exhaust emissions standards. Because it is a railroad machine, the A 922 Rail is suitable for use on railway tracks and for road construction and is fast thanks to the mobile undercarriage. A rail travel drive is mounted on both sides of the undercarriage. When entering the rails, the rail travel drive lifts the tires to rail height. The inside wheels of the dual tires ensure travel of the excavator on the tracks.

Liebherr’s newest generation of crawler excavators, the R 926 and R 938 featured at Conexpo
In the last year, Liebherr has launched seven crawler excavator models under 55 US tons (50 tonnes). Generation 8 machines have even greater power, higher productivity and more comfort for the operator. The new R 926 and R 938 models are being featured at Conexpo. Like all new generation 8 models, these Liebherr crawler excavators, launched in 2019, boast numerous improvements.

Liebherr Crawler Concrete Pump 110 D-K at Conexpo 2020
At Conexpo 2020 in Las Vegas, Liebherr presents its crawler concrete pump THS 110 D-K which features a maximum concrete output of 133 yd³/h (102 m³/h). The six-cylinder engine complies with the Tier 4f emissions standard and therefore complies with current environmental regulations.

Liebherr wheel loaders with innovative assistance systems and new joystick steering at Conexpo 2020
Liebherr will present four wheel loaders to the trade audience at Conexpo. These include an L 566 XPower® which is equipped with numerous new assistance systems. Liebherr will exhibit these assistance systems for wheel loaders for the first time at a trade fair in North America. These include active personnel detection, adaptive working lighting, the integrated tire pressure monitoring system and the weighing system with Truck Payload Assist. The L 566 XPower® also has the new joystick steering for wheel loaders.

Guggenberger GmbH, based in the Regensburg district, has recently purchased two Liebherr L 566 XPower® wheel loaders from Liebherr sales partner Carl Beutlhauser Baumaschinen GmbH. The impressive performance of the wheel loaders is complemented by their outstanding design. Both machines look resplendent in the distinctive corporate colour of this traditional construction company. For high quality standards in paintwork, Liebherr-Werk Bischofshofen GmbH offers special paint finishes ex works. Unusually however, the special paintwork is not completed in a single stage at the end of the production process but instead the relevant component parts are painted before being assembled.

Liebherr USA, Co. Construction Equipment division is once again sponsoring the National Demolition Association’s Live DEMOlition event at this year’s annual convention. Liebherr will be presenting a total of four wheel loaders at Samoter. This includes the 32,600 kg L 586 XPower®, the largest wheel loader in the group. A winner of the Samoter Innovation Award in the wheel loader category is installed at the rear of this exhibit: the active personnel detection from Liebherr. This assistance system increases safety during wheel loader operation by automatically warning on the display and using acoustic signals of dangers in the rear area. A special feature of this system is that it independently differentiates between people and objects. At the end of 2020, Liebherr is expanding the active personnel detection to include a brake assistant with supportive braking function. In addition to the warning signals in the cab, it also helps the machine operator to prevent collisions or accidents.

La nueva generación de excavadoras sobre cadenas de Liebherr, la generación 8, fue presentada en Múnich el pasado abril con motivo de la feria Bauma. Desde entonces, las primeras unidades de estas máquinas ya han sido entregadas en distintos lugares del mundo con resultados satisfactorios. La empresa Rental' R, fundada en 2018 y situada en Crosne (departamento francés de Essonne), adquirió a principios de este verano la primera excavadora sobre cadenas Liebherr R 924 de la región de Île-de-France. La elección de esta nueva máquina fue una decisión muy meditada que se basó en la calidad del fabricante y en su oferta de prestaciones.

La Bresse (Francia), noviembre de 2019: en marzo de 2019, la empresa de los Vosgos Petitjean amplió su parque de máquinas con dos nuevas excavadoras sobre cadenas de Liebherr. Las dos excavadoras R 956 se utilizan en dos canteras diferentes, La Bresse y Senones, para posicionar grandes pesos antes de la extracción, cargar los camiones y desplazar bloques rocosos de gran tamaño para barreneros y mineros. Con el asesoramiento del distribuidor local Tilmat, la empresa se ha decidido por la calidad y la fiabilidad de las excavadoras sobre cadenas de Liebherr-France SAS.

La excavadora sobre cadenas Liebherr R 950 Tunnel se está utilizando en una de las obras del Grand Paris Express. En este gigantesco proyecto, la excavadora sobre cadena se encarga de la extracción por fresado, de la colocación de arcos y de trabajos de transporte específicos en la boca 807 de la línea 15. Alliance Group está plenamente satisfecho con esta máquina, cuyo peso operativo es de 45 toneladas.
