The Liebherr Group offers trainees and apprentices the opportunity to successfully shape their career start together with qualified trainers at several locations throughout Germany. There are virtually no limits to the variety of different technical and commercial occupations. Modern equipment rooms, high practical relevance and the individual care and promotion of talent make the training particularly attractive. Marcel Steinhauser was an apprentice construction mechanic at Liebherr and was taken on a year ago: "During my training at Liebherr I learned important technical principles in order to now be able to do everything successfully in my day-to-day work. From the start I was included in all processes in the company and could always approach the training managers if I had any questions." Also the mix of theory and practice is very valuable for Marcel: "You can apply the theory that you learn in the vocational school afterwards in the company and try out what you have learned. This helps consolidate the processes and is also actually fun!"

At this year's Bauma, the world's largest construction machinery trade fair, Marcel reports about his training at Liebherr over two days at the training and education stand in the ICM Foyer and is happy to answer any questions on this subject.
