Stuart Flippo joined Liebherr Aerospace Saline, Michigan (USA) in April 2018 as Customer Service Administrator with broad experience and success in various industries. With the significant developments in 2020, Stuart was promoted to CS Supervisor and has performed in an exemplary manner.
Stuart’s contributions over the past years within the Liebherr organization and his organic customer service perspectives developed outside of the aerospace industry are precisely why Stuart has been entrusted to assume responsibility for the Customer Service business unit as of May 2023. This includes Administrators, Technical Records, and Receiving.

Muthu Gurusamy joined Liebherr Aerospace Singapore in January 2013 and has assumed the capacity of Technical Operations Manager from April 2023. He succeeds Hua Hee Tan who retired in February 2023. In his new role, Muthu is responsible for the operation of the aerospace workshops as well as the local capability development strategy and projects.
Muthu started his career in the aerospace industry as an aircraft apprentice in 1981 and took on multiple leadership roles for successful development of new facilities, capabilities, and MRO workshops. He carries more than 42 years of aviation experience with vast practical knowledge and experience in managing aerospace workshop operations in surface treatment, landing gears, repair development and component MRO activities.

Kyaw Soe Hlaing has been promoted to the role of Assistant Product Support Manager in June 2023.
Soe graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and joined Liebherr-Aerospace in Singapore in 2010 as a repair technician. After promotion to Technical Executive (2012), he took over the role as Shop Maintenance Engineer in 2015. In 2018, he was appointed Field Service Representative in the Product Support team.
With his many years of experience in our Singapore repair shop and technical service support to Asia Pacific customers, he will now take over the Leadership of the Product Support team.

Svetlana Adamova was promoted Product Support Manager within the Customer Support team at Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse (France) in October 2022 after having succeeded in her mission as Sales Administration Manager during 3 years in the Sales Administration Department. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration.
Svetlana is in charge of Leonardo and Airbus Helicopters Customer portfolios as well as Daher –Socata and Turkish Aerospace Industries for aftermarket activities.

Skander Ben Chabaane was appointed Regional Sales Manager at Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse (France) in June 2023. He manages customers in the EUMA zone, promoting commercial aftermarket opportunities in South Europe and North Africa.
He started his career in 2012 as Spares Provisioning and Project Manager at a major aircraft manufacturer. He joined Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse (France) in June 2016 as Technical Support Manager and took the position of Product Support Manager in December 2016.
Skander holds an engineering degree from ESTACA, specializing in aeronautical Maintenance & Flight Operation.
He is very enthusiastic about his new mission and happy to join the Sales and Services team of Liebherr-Aerospace.

Timo Boettinger joined the Technical Support team at Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg (Germany) in May 2023. He supports the team in the Embraer E1 programs and serves as Field Service Representative for Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Timo has been with us since fall 2019 as Technical Support Intern during his Bachelor studies. In the following years, he wrote his bachelor thesis and master thesis about Customer Services. As a recent graduate with a wide and extensive knowledge base, Timo is ready to take on new challenges and learn new skills.

Kerstin Duldner was appointed Head of Commercial Services at Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg (Germany) in March 2023.
She is responsible for Customer Service Administration including MRO Receipts, Contract Management and Marketing & Sales.
Kerstin joined Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg in 2001 and took over different positions such as Order Administrator, Team Leader and in 2015 Head of Order Management in the Customer Service Administration. In 2018, she was promoted Head of Civil Repair Shops.
With her more than 20 years of experience in Customer Services, she will provide together with her team excellent support to our customers.

Andreas Fink moved into Customer Support as Field Service Technician in June 2022 after several years in the series production workshop. He is reinforcing the Field Service Technician’s team as well as assisting in technical trainings.
He is looking forward to many new experiences on different projects and we appreciate his future efforts and incentive supporting our customers in the field.

Axel Hartmann has joined the Customer Service Team of Liebherr-Aerospace in Lindenberg (Germany) in April 2023. Axel is responsible for technical services, ranging from customer technical support, technical publications to repair engineering.
Axel started at Liebherr-Aerospace in Lindenberg in 2013 as an In-Service Engineer in the Flight Controls and Actuation Systems department and was promoted to lead a team of the In-Service department one year later. . In 2018, he moved to the Electronic Systems department and from 2019 onwards, to the Landing Gear Systems department.
With his technical experience and leadership skills, Axel will foster our activities for Technical Support and enhance our repair engineering capabilities to better support our customers as well as our repair shops in the worldwide Liebherr service network.

Markus Holzer has joined the Customer Service Team of Liebherr-Aerospace in Lindenberg (Germany) in March 2023. Markus is responsible for repair services that include both repair shops in Lindenberg, civil and defense.
Markus joined Liebherr-Aerospace in Lindenberg in 2008 as Development Quality Engineer in the Flight Controls and Actuation Systems department. After two years of Quality Management activities, he became an Industrialization Manager in the Operations Department, responsible for landing gear products. He has been promoted to lead the team of Industrialization Managers of new development programs and proposals, landing gears and actuation systems in 2015 before he become the Head of Industrialization Management.
With his operational experience, his broad knowledge of the products, his cross-company network and leadership skills, Markus will foster our activities for repair services and enhance our repair capabilities to better support our customers but also to prepare the repair shops for future growth and new products.

Chukwuebuka Great Okongwu joined Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg (Germany) in December 2022 as Technical Service Engineer in the Customer Service Department. He will be mainly responsible for Airbus A220 and A380 programs as well as Embraer E-Jet E2 platforms.
Chukwuebuka has admired the aerospace industry due to the industry’s crucial service to humanity and most especially air safety, which he enjoyed during his frequent work-based travels in his previous role. In December 2022, he made a big leap into the industry in order to be a part of this service to humankind.
While he looks forward to a long and fulfilling career in the industry, we are happy to have him as a valued colleague in the Technical Support Team.

Dominik Reichmann has been appointed Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East region effective May 1, 2023. He joined Liebherr-Aerospace in Lindenberg (Germany) in 2011 and worked as Product Package Leader in the Landing Gear In-Service and Lifecycle Management Department for eight years. In 2019, he joined Liebherr Dubai as Key Account Manager in charge of Aerospace Product Support for our Middle East Regional portfolio. Dominik brings strong Liebherr product expertise, great knowledge of our organization as well as an extensive network of customers across Middle East and Africa. He is dedicated towards collaborating with his peers across the network and developing Liebherr’s aftermarket success in the Middle East region.

Fabien Soulès has been appointed Product Support Manager in February 2023 within the Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse (France) Customer Services Department.
He is accountable for the A380 program as well as defense programs with our customers Rafael, Collins, Thales, Turbomeca, Leonardo, KAI and SAAB.
Fabien started his carrier in the French Air Force as a Mirage 2000 engine mechanic for 4 years.
He has been working for Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse for 22 years. He started at the Maintenance Methods department and moved after 3 years to Technical Support as a vapor cycle specialist. For 10 years, he conducted worldwide trainings on helicopter Air Conditioning Systems for civil and defense customers. He also provided technical assistance on Airbus as well as Leonardo helicopters using our systems and supported the supplemental cooling system during the Airbus A380 EIS on site for operators.
He changed then to the In-service Product Design Office where he spent 9 years as mechanical engineer deploying technical solutions to improve product reliability. After that, he worked as Project Manager in our Pack and Heat Exchanger Team.
