Liebherr-Transportation Systems was selected by Transport en Commun de l'Agglomération Clermontoise (T2C), Clermont-Ferrand (France) for the second time in a row to provide repairs and spare parts for heating, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) systems on board the ST4 trams manufactured by NewTransLohr SAS (NTL). T2C operates a fleet of 26 of these trams and each tram carries four saloon and two driver’s cab HVAC systems originally manufactured by a third party.

During this three-year contract, Liebherr will supply on-demand repairs and associated spare parts with high reactivity, enabling T2C to ensure maximum availability of the HVAC systems especially during the summer season. In addition, this contract opens the possibility for T2C and Liebherr to work closely on dedicated improvement packages to be implemented during the coming maintenance steps after ten years of operation.

This second contract shows the renewed confidence by T2C in the extensive know-how and support Liebherr-Transportation Systems is able to provide to its customers in order to meet their operational needs and requirements.
