The gearbox oil is preheated and flows through the standing gearbox to the exciter block so offering improved lubrication. This minimizes wear and tear and extends the service life.
The cooling circuit is connected to the carrier machine and continues to cool even when the vibrator is not in use, so ensuring consistent cooling of the vibrator.
Thanks to the symmetrical suspension and low wear linear guiding of the vibrator, the swing movements run parallel to the axis which reduces loss of energy.
The bearings of the eccentrics’ shaft are largely dimensioned and so designed for a long service life.
An improvement for slurry wall application is the obstacle recognition, which enables the timely detection of obstacles in the soil. This protects both the attachment and the basic machine. more
The patented external amplitude adjustment is robust in design, maintenance-free and allows for continuous regulation of the eccentrics.
Integrated control system
The vibrator is completely integrated in the control system of the Liebherr carrier machines.
Easy transport and maintenance
Thanks to the short and lightweight design, the vibrator is extremely efficient as well as user-friendly in terms of transportation and maintenance.
Attachment recognition
The automatic attachment recognition also records performance figures of the respective attachment.
