The new Betomix and Mobilmix series

The new generation of concrete mixing plants from Liebherr revolutionize the production of concrete by enabling economical production. The modular design of our Betomix and Mobilmix series offers a wide range of options that can be flexibly adapted to the customer's needs. This flexibility enables the quick and uncomplicated realization of both stationary and mobile concrete mixing plants.

Maximum mobility, minimum assembly time

When developing the new Mobilmix, the focus was on fast assembly, high flexibility and sustainable concrete production. The innovative folding concept, combined with pre-cabling ex works, enables concrete production under the appropriate conditions after 9 days. No concrete work is required thanks to the design with steel foundation, lateral supports and tear plate cover. A simple, even, compacted soil is sufficient.

    
        

  • The basic device

    When developing the new Mobilmix, the focus was on fast assembly, high flexibility and sustainable concrete production. The new Mobilmix is a real mobile wonder that can produce sustainable concrete after just 9 days under the appropriate conditions.

  • Aggregate storage

    Our mobile in-line silo offers a storage capacity of 140 m³; the tower silo with a capacity of 600 m³ is also available as an option. The mobile in-line silo with hinged chamber walls and steel foundations consists of the upper and lower sections, which are simply and quickly placed on top of each other with two crane lifts. Once the chambers have been folded open, the mobile in-line silo can be assembled in just a few hours.

  • Cement storage

    The mobile cement silos are simply placed on the steel foundations. The cement screws are transported in one piece and can be assembled within a few hours.

  • The foundation

    No concrete work is required for our Liebherr Mobilmix. A compacted soil with a soil pressure of 300 kN/m² is the only requirement.

  • The mixer module

    Our mixing systems are the heart of the mixing platform. They are optimized for maximum output and efficiency through the use of state-of-the-art frequency converter technology. In addition, LiClean high-pressure cleaning ensures a long service life and cleanliness of the systems.

  • Vertical feeder

    We offer our vertical feeder elevator for optimum material flow. The latest frequency converter technology ensures soft stop and soft start. The parallel running surfaces in conjunction with plastic rollers reduce wear.

  • The technology and control container

    The control system is the control center of the mixing plant, which monitors, controls and coordinates all processes to ensure precise and economical concrete production. It consists of the highly developed Litronic-MPS 3 control system, which enables comprehensive automation of the system.

Diversity redefined

When developing the new Betomix, the focus was on maximum flexibility, sustainable concrete production and fast assembly.

Whether as Betomix-S (on steel foundation frame) with our innovative folding concept and pre-cabling ex works or as Betomix-C (on concrete foundations) with assembly of the individual modules on site, the Betomix can be individually designed for the required assembly time. Depending on the configuration selected, rapid concrete production is therefore possible after 15 days under the right conditions.

    
        

  • The basic device

    When developing the new Betomix, the focus was on maximum flexibility, sustainable concrete production and fast assembly. Our Betomix is a real flexibility miracle that can produce under appropriate conditions sustainable concrete after just 15 days, depending on the configuration selected.

  • Aggregate storage

    Our in-line silo offers a storage capacity of up to 500 m³, optionally even as a tower silo with an impressive capacity of 600 m³. Optional steel foundations can significantly reduce the assembly time of the in-line silo.

  • Cement storage

    Depending on the configuration, the system can be combined with up to six cement silos. The silos are available in a variety of sizes and capacities of up to 120 tons. They are equipped with filters, sensors and a blowing device to ensure an optimum work flow.

  • The mixer module

    Our mixing systems are the heart of the mixing platform. They are optimized for maximum output and efficiency through the use of state-of-the-art frequency converter technology. In addition, LiClean high-pressure cleaning ensures a long service life and cleanliness of the systems.

  • Skip or feeder

    We offer our vertical feeder elevator for an optimum material flow. Thanks to the latest frequency converter technology and the parallel running surfaces, wear is not only significantly minimized, but also focused on easily replaceable plastic rollers.

    Alternatively, feeding is also possible with a belt for all mixer sizes.
