Winch systems from Liebherr: New modules for customers

At this year’s Bauma, Liebherr presents the new possibilities of winch system solutions. The focus thereby lies on ultimate flexibility and individuality for customer applications.

Liebherr unveils slewing drive units

Liebherr Components is presenting a new line of slewing drive units at this year's Bauma, thus expanding its existing bearing portfolio. Maximum torque and easy servicing are the top priorities. The new product line includes worm slewing drive units, spur gear slewing drive units and belt slewing drive units.

A new LPI gearbox generation from Liebherr

At this year's Bauma, Liebherr presents its vast product portfolio of planetary gearboxes and rope winches. The new LPI gearbox generation in particular is showcased. The new series includes seven basic gearboxes from LPI 600 to LPI 1200, covering a torque range from 20,000 Nm to 335,000 Nm. Large tailor-designed gearboxes with a dynamic torque of up to 2,300,000 Nm can also be produced.

Liebherr further expands its production range portfolio of hydraulic cylinders

Liebherr unveils a new hydraulic cylinder series for a pressure range of up to 260 bar at Bauma 2019. This not only expands Liebherr’s existing series-production portfolio, but also introduces a complete cylinder portfolio to cover different industry-specific requirements in addition to the well-established 380 bar series-production range and the ISO 6022-compliant industrial range. Liebherr is presenting a comparison of all three ranges to trade visitors in Booth 326 of Hall A4.

Liebherr Components relies on new materials

Liebherr Components includes carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CRP) products into its portfolio. Thereby, Liebherr relies on its expertise in the production of robust, metallic components and translates it into the development and application of innovative materials.

Condition Monitoring, modern drive systems and state-of-the-art device control

The main focus of the Liebherr Components Division's at this year's Bauma, is on Condition Monitoring and system solutions. Along with the demo app, which allows to capture the current machine condition on the components level, Liebherr presents the drives of the future as well as the new generation of display controllers.

From 8-14 April, Liebherr will give attendees of Bauma 2019 a unique chance to experience its latest innovations first-hand, which range from construction machines, material handling, mining and components. New generation: Liebherr’s display controller DC5 for mobile machinery

Liebherr presents its new generation display controller - the DC5 family. In addition to a high-resolution display, the customisable DC5 with touchscreen can be used as programmable input device.

At the leading international exhibition on internal combustion engine technology, Engine China 2018, Liebherr presents its newly-developed hydraulic injection components to the Chinese market for the first time. These are specifically designed for engines in the power class from 1 to 2.7-litre displacement per cylinder. With the LI1 injector platform and the matching LP7.2 high pressure pump, Liebherr's Components Division is expanding its portfolio of injection technologies for use in light-, medium- and heavy-duty engines.
