2,500-metric-tonne crawler crane for South Korea: Hanchang Heavy Equipment takes delivery of Liebherr LR 12500-1.0

Liebherr Mobile Cranes Korea Ltd. has delivered an LR 12500-1.0 crawler crane to the South Korean company Hanchang Heavy Equipment. With a maximum lifting capacity of 2,500 tonnes, this heavy-duty crane is designed for demanding lifting operations in the fields of offshore wind energy, energy infrastructure and industrial plant construction. The new LR 12500-1.0 has already demonstrated its capabilities in the installation of components for offshore wind turbines.

MK 140-5.1 mobile construction crane proves its worth during antenna replacement work above the rooftops of Mannheim

On the roof of an extension to the Rosengarten Congress Centre in Mannheim, SCHOLPP Kran & Transport GmbH replaced a mobile communications system using a Liebherr MK 140-5.1 mobile construction crane. The lift was carried out at a jib reach of 64.2 metres. Thanks to its Vario Jib technology and electric crane operation, the mobile construction crane proved to be a cost-effective and, at the same time, particularly low-noise solution for use in an inner-city environment.

Riedelsheimer takes delivery of Liebherr LTM 1055-3.3 mobile crane

Marcus Riedelsheimer Autokran Dienste has taken delivery of a Liebherr LTM 1055-3.3. The new 3-axle crane replaces an older crane from the previous model, the LTM 1055-3.2.

Würzburger Kranverleih takes delivery of Liebherr LTM 1120-4.2 mobile crane

Würzburger Kranverleih und Bergungsdienst GmbH has acquired a new Liebherr LTM 1120-4.2 mobile crane. The 120-tonne crane delivers maximum performance on four axles. With its 66-metre-long telescopic boom, it is on a par with 5-axle mobile cranes.

First of five: Max Bögl Group takes delivery of Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 mobile crane

At the start of the year, the Max Bögl Group ordered five LTM 1750-9.1 cranes from Liebherr to support the expansion of wind energy. Demand for wind turbines is high and continues to rise. Bögl has now taken delivery of the first LTM 1750-9.1 from the Liebherr plant in Ehingen.

Twins in the fleet: Völkl opts for the Liebherr LTM 1150-5.3 mobile crane

Kran Völkl GmbH & Co. KG from Straubing is relying on technology from Ehingen to modernise its crane fleet: following the acquisition of an LTC 1050-3.1 and an LTM 1150-5.3 around two years ago, the Lower Bavarian crane and transport company now operates a further LTM 1150-5.3. With a twelve-tonne axle load, the LTM 1150-5.3 carries nine tonnes of counterweight on public roads, enabling it to carry out many jobs without the need for an additional vehicle to transport ballast.
