The new Betomix and Mobilmix series

Installation of the mixing plants is extremely quick and cost-effective thanks to their folding concept and the integrated technology container with pre-cabling ex works.

The Mobilmix series requires no foundation work - concrete production is possible after 9 days under the right conditions.

For the stationary Betomix series, only a level base plate or simple foundation strips are required - concrete production is possible after 15 days if the right conditions are met.

Our Betomix and Mobilmix mixing plants can be delivered within a few weeks, which enables efficient project planning.

The modules are delivered to the construction site as complete transport units. Thanks to transport optimization, special transports are no longer necessary for almost all system variants.

The cladding can be fitted in a short time. With Betomix, large sandwich elements are bolted to cross beams. With the Mobilmix, cladding modules are quickly and easily connected to the system using the Lego principle.

As an option, a 100 mm version can be selected instead of the usual 60 mm thick ISO cladding.

Depending on customer requirements and application, different mixing systems can be installed in the same basic system. Liebherr uses its own twin-shaft or ring-pan mixers for the highest demands. Output rates of 100 to 210 m³ of compacted fresh concrete per hour are possible.

With the latest generation of Liebherr twin-shaft and ring-pan mixers, the speeds of the drives can be set individually and depending on the progress of the mixing process. For highly demanding recipes for sustainable concretes of the future, mixing times can be reduced by up to 30 % with the RIV ring-pan mixers.

With our latest LiPerformance process optimisation, all processes are optimally coordinated. In combination with the Liebherr control system, up to 20 % higher output rates are possible compared to standard mixing plants of the same size class.
