Junior Parts ClerkBalikpapan

We are looking Junior Parts Clerk for Parts Sales Deaprtment to provide customer support for Parts requirement, and processing customer’s Parts order in timely manner.

Your responsibilities

• Create quotation from customer's inquiry or purchase requisition, and follow up for Purchase Order.
• Create and maintain Sales Order process on internal system from customer's confirmed Purchase Order.
• Collaborate with Warehouse & Logistic team for Parts delivery plan to customer.
• Attend Customer’s meeting.
• Act as Parts Sales point of contact on afterhours (weekends/holidays).
• Comply with all occupational safety and health policies, operations safety policies, and company environmental policies.
• Comply with laws and regulations and other mandatory requirements related to occupational safety and health, operational safety and the environment.

Your qualifications

• Min D1 Mechanical or Heavy Machinery Engineering.
• 1 years in Heavy Mining Equipment Industry for D1 or Fresh Graduate for D3.
• Ability to work with BAAN program is preferred.
• Ability communicates information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
• High standard of personal work ethic.
