Service Engineer & Aftersales CoordinatorDubai

Responsibilities

Field Service & Site Operations

• Execute erection, commissioning, and troubleshooting concrete batching plants and related equipment
• Perform diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems
• Support planned maintenance, breakdown interventions, and plant upgrades
• Supervise plant modifications, retrofits, and technical site works
• Provide operator and maintenance training on-site

Aftersales Coordination & Technical Interface

• Coordinate technical aftersales cases with factories and internal stakeholders
• Follow up on warranty topics, technical escalations, and service actions
• Support spare parts identification and service offer preparation
• Maintain structured tracking of open service cases
• Support customers with equipment optimization and lifecycle topics

Automation, Electrical & Control Systems

• Work with PLC-based control systems, HMIs, and plant automation
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and control logic
• Support diagnostics and minor control modifications
• Assist with electrical panel verification and troubleshooting
• Interface with factory automation teams when required

Customer & Dealer Engagement

• Engage directly with customers on technical and after-sales matters
• Support dealers with technical guidance and escalation coordination
• Participate in customer meetings when technical alignment is required
• Strengthen customer confidence in Liebherr service capabilities

Internal Coordination & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with the Division Head to support aftersales process improvements
• Share structured field feedback to support product and service enhancements
• Ensure compliance with reporting, company policies and HSE standards
• Balance field assignments and office coordination responsibilities

Competencies

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related engineering/technical discipline
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in industrial plants, construction equipment, or heavy equipment service
• Experience with concrete batching plants or similar process equipment is an advantage
• Strong electrical and automation troubleshooting competence is required
• English written/ spoken fluently
• Willing to work overtime as well as on weekends or on call duty
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office
• Team Player
