Ingrease the lifetime of your wind turbine! Liebherr has developed the durable pitch bearing grease which ensures very low wear, and thus longer bearing life.

Moreover, this effective lubrication shows outstanding results in terms of corrosion protection, be it moisture corrosion or false brinelling.

Segmented slewing bearings in a diameter range larger than 7,500 mm from Liebherr are suitable for various specific applications. Examples here are offshore industry, as well as for oil and gas applications.

With a high level of vertical integration, we get the best out of our slewing bearings. From seamless induction hardening, superfinishing, special seals to surface coating of slewing bearings in-house. Trust us to deliver unique production processes for slewing bearings that maximizes the service life of our slewing bearing to enlarge a higher availability of your machine.

Discover Lifinity, the solution that eliminates the hassle of regreasing slewing bearings. Our innovative polymer-oil compound forms a durable lubricating layer, ensuring optimal performance throughout your equipment's lifespan.

Experience increased productivity with reduced service efforts and costs, minimal downtime, and an extended equipment lifetime free from raceway corrosion risks. Plus, Lifinity is environmentally friendly since it prevents possible grease leakage and making it suitable for the food industry, it meets NSF/H1-approval standards for safety and hygiene.

Fully enclosed, sealed and heavy-duty – the protection of slewing bearings is perfectly tailored to the technical requirements. Therefore Liebherr uses various types of packaging such as wooden crates or VCI film with suitable preservation. And how about a packaging, environmentally friendly and lower in carbon footprint?

Due to their dimensions and weights, slewing bearings often place high requirements on the transportation company.

If horizontal transportation of the product is difficult for logistical and/or road transport circumstances, Liebherr offers alternatives suitable for everyday use.

To ensure maximum safety and long service life of the slewing bearings in your application, various load cases and specific requirements are calculated by our finite element analysis specialists.

Analysis with specific limit values set by Liebherr

Lubricant analysis is an important component when it comes to the health and service life of the slewing bearing. Our grease analysis kit is specifically designed for independent grease sampling on site and subsequent grease analysis.

• Liebherr limit values for a higher quality statement about the grease condition of the slewing bearing
• All-inclusive grease-analysis-kit: easy and self-explanatory sample drawing, fast results
• Execution of various tests, such as particle test, oil bleeding test, test for non-ferrous metals, test for organic substances
