Liebherr-Australia is responsible for selling and servicing earthmoving machines, mining machines, mobile cranes, tower cranes, maritime cranes as well as deep foundation machines throughout Australia and New Zealand. Though the company's 20-hectare head office complex is based in Adelaide, Australia, the commitment to, and support of, New Zealand customers is unwavering.

As a Junior Controller, you will play a critical role in supporting the Controlling Department in meeting the business objectives and supporting the internal stakeholders. You will assist in the completion of both month end tasks and reporting, recharging of other Liebherr Affiliates, ongoing internal control checks, internal stakeholder enquiries, and financial analysis.

Skills and Duties:

• Preparing monthly supplementary financial reports to assist the business in understanding the financial results.
• Analysis and investigation of variances.
• Invoicing, debtor maintenance, creditor and other internal control checks.
• Other month end tasks such as journal preparation, balance sheet reconciliations and supplementary reporting.

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting.
• Experience in Microsoft Office - with a fundamental understanding of intermediate Microsoft Excel formulas (lookups, if statements, pivot tables, etc).
• ERP and Power BI experience would be highly regarded.
