Kranverleih Kunze takes on first LTM 1055 3.3 with ballast trailer in Germany

The Radeberg crane hire company is expanding its fleet with a new LTM 1055-3.3 – the first mobile crane of this type with ballast trailer to be delivered in Germany. The combination makes it possible to transport the entire 11-tonne ballast without additional individual authorisations and thus ensures maximum operational flexibility in nationwide projects.

World premiere at IFAT: New Generation 8 material handlers

Liebherr takes material handling to the “Next Level”: At IFAT, the company is unveiling its new Generation 8 of material handlers for the first time. Going forward, the new Generation 8 will expand the portfolio of electric material handling machines across a wide range of tonnage classes. Built on Liebherr’s proven quality, the new generation impresses with technological highlights and practical innovations.

Powerful attachments from Liebherr at IFAT 2026

At IFAT 2026, the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management. Liebherr will exhibit on a 406 m² stand in Hall C5, Stand 151, presenting material handling solutions tailored to waste management and recycling applications. LHDismantle: Automated disassembly of high-voltage batteries

Electric mobility is on the rise – and with it, the need for efficient solutions for the recycling and reprocessing of high-voltage batteries. Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH has developed LHDismantle, an industrial-grade system for the automated disassembly of high-voltage batteries. At IFA the company will be presenting solutions ranging from automated unscrewing processes to modular and scalable turnkey systems for disassembly and unloading from May 4 to 7, 2026.

Greater safety and efficiency with retrofittable camera systems by Liebherr

With the LiXplore^® camera system, Liebherr offers a high-performance solution for the retrofitting of mobile machinery – both for Liebherr machines up to Generation 4 and for machines of other manufacturers. The robust MDC4 camera generation with an actively heated lens delivers clear Full HD images even in freezing conditions, whilst the camera system offers an AI-based person detection for an active accident prevention.

Powerful and sustainable: Liebherr wheel loaders at IFAT 2026

At this year’s IFAT, the world’s leading trade fair for water, wastewater, waste and raw materials management in Munich (Germany), Liebherr is presenting a battery-electric stereoloader and a mid-sized wheel loader. As the group’s first electrified wheel loader, the L 507 E combines the proven advantages of a conventional stereoloader with a battery-electric drive concept developed by Liebherr. With the L 546, Liebherr is showcasing a representative of the mid-sized wheel loader range.

Liebherr and GoJet Airlines ink leak finder service agreement

Liebherr-Aerospace and GoJet Airlines have signed a service agreement for cooperation on bleed air leak finder services. With Liebherr’s 3D visualization tool, the airline will benefit from lower maintenance costs, shorter downtime and more efficient aircraft maintenance planning.
