Senior Change Management Expert (m/f/d)Madrid

We are looking for a motivated Senior Change Management Expert (m/f/d) to play a key role in our newly established SAP Center in Madrid. In this role, you will contribute to global SAP S/4HANA Transformation, and stay close to complex change, create lasting impact, and see the work scaled across countries.
You will be part of an international, cross-functional team that values innovation, methodology and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on the way Liebherr runs its business worldwide.
The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office.
Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end change delivery for S/4HANA transformation program.
- Turn complex program ambitions into clear, actionable change plans.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
- Orchestrate communications, change networks, and business readiness actions.
- Design and build scalable OCM templates, tools, and playbooks.
- Partner closely with local teams (Key Users, SMEs, PMO, HR, Comms).
- Support testing, training, cutover and go-live moments to ensure adoption sticks.
- Act as a trusted bridge between central program and local realities.
This is a hands-on, generalist OCM (Organizational Change Management) role for professionals who enjoy being close to delivery while influencing at scale.
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management for ERP transformations (preferably SAP), as an Organizational Change Manager, or similar role.
- Proven experience working in large, multi-country programs.
- Strong focus on delivery and operational OCM.
- Structured, pragmatic approach with a love for clarity and templates.
- Ability to engage business and IT stakeholders with credibility.
- Resilience, curiosity, and a genuine interest in how people adopt change.
- Fluent English: additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel international (up to 30%) as required by project work.
