Liebherr pallet handling systems are the perfect solution for automating machining centers when it comes to individual part and small batch manufacturing. In combination with the machines, a PHS forms a flexible manufacturing system that can be centrally controlled from a master computer. Customers will benefit from intelligent system options that would allow tool changing activities in parallel to machining as well as resource and job planning.

RLS rotary loading system

Liebherr rotary loading systems (RLS) are characterized by their high storage capacity per square meter of space they take up when erected. They are designed for one to two machining centers. The rotary loading system is available in two sizes and designed for transport loads from 800 kg to 1,500 kg.

PHS Allround pallet handling system

The PHS Allround pallet handling system enables universal users to enter automated manufacturing with 4 and 5-axis machining centers.

PHS Pro pallet handling systems

Any number of machines as well as setup and storage stations can be connected to the linear PHS Pro pallet handling system. In addition, the system can be expanded to pallets with unfinished and finished part management. The linear system is manufactured in four sizes for transport loads from 500 kg to 13,000 kg. Higher transport weights are available on request.
